Controlled delivery system

Discover. Decide. Execute. Handover.

MCA Ventures does not treat delivery as a sequence of promises. Each stage requires a named owner, a visible record and a condition that prevents uncontrolled progression.

01

Discover

Define the real condition, constraints, interfaces and decision context before proposing a solution.

Record: project brief and evidence request
02

Investigate

Gather source-specific site, material and performance evidence instead of relying on assumptions.

Record: condition and material dossier
03

Decide

Compare routes, resolve conflicts and document the accepted basis with accountable approval.

Record: reviewed decision basis
04

Execute

Control preparation, application, production, hold points and deviations against the approved route.

Record: execution and release log
05

Handover

Verify acceptance, disclose unresolved limits and transfer the final evidence set to the responsible owner.

Record: verification and handover dossier
RESPONSIBILITY

One named owner

Every gate must identify who prepares, verifies, approves and receives the record.

EVIDENCE

No silent progression

A completed card or urgent schedule cannot replace missing evidence or an unresolved hold point.

CONVERSION

Choose the correct review route

Site Review, Concrete Review and ConcretOS Access remain separate governed requests.

Delivery boundary: commercial urgency, preferred products or software recommendations cannot override an unresolved defect, missing trial, failed inspection or accountable production hold.
